Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact EasyGazebos as soon as possible.
Before Shipment
Contact:
Please provide:
- Order number;
- Customer name; and
- Email address used for the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Cancellation cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been dispatched.
After Shipment
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such circumstances, the customer may use the applicable return process described in our Return & Refund Policy, subject to statutory rights.
Refunds
Where an order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation or consumer rights available under UK law.
