" First gazebo was delivered very promptly which is a bonus as many companies will not ship to Northern Ireland. So easy to put up and is conveniently stored in the bag. A great shelter even on wet and windy days. Had a problem with my first one but the service was excellent, explained what had happened and they immediately dispatched a replacement and arranged to get the first one picked up at no charge - again all the better as I am in Northern Ireland. Just wanted to say thanks for the customer service - couldn't have been better and I will be recommending you to friends. "

" What excellent service. The gazebo arrived well within a week of ordering. We ordered it so that the quartet playing at my daughters wedding in Exbury gardens in September would have something to shelter in come rain or shine. On unpacking I was suprised at such good quality of the product which was so resonably priced. Immediately we went into the garden to see how easy it was to erect. "I would to comment on the 3m x 3m pop up Gazebo I purchased last week! I bought it for our lads weekend away at Thruxton and the Touring Cars. The weather was very bad with severe wind and rain. The gazebo stood up to it fantastically whilst tents and awnings collapsed all around!!! Well worth every penny and kept us dry whilst eating and we were able to enjoy the occasion instead of fighting mother nature! If I have a critisism it would be that the walls/sides could do with eyelets at the bottom to secure down against the wind, but that said its a shelter not a tent. I recommend the easygazebo 3x3 pop up for "ANY" occasion, solid and reliable."

" Thanks for sending the 2 gazebos so promptly - we were pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to erect - exactly as described and the quality surpassed what we had expected for the money. We had a problem as one of the 2 carrying bags split on the seams as we repacked the gazebo but within 2 days we had a new bag sent to us - great customer service - it has been a pleasure dealing with you - wish we had discovered you sooner as we have already ditched 2 gazebos that broke after just one season of fundraising. these will have their first outing at the Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival next month and I am confident that rain or shine we will be protected along with all our fundraising items. I have left it up in severe weather on occasions and it was battered a lot but no worry apart from some minor pulling on the stitching and slight fading from the sun it is as good as new. I would just like to thank you for your excellent, prompt and courteous service. We received our replacement Gazebo and were able to to put it up and pack it away in less than 30 minutes which was a miracle for us pensioners!! You very kindly replaced our original order after we experienced great difficulty as it just would not pop up!! We were worried that it was us, but thank goodness the replacement was so easy to erect we have no qualms now about taking it to our first 3 day event this coming weekend and showing how simple our gazebo is to erect and will certainly recommend it to other stall holders.
